First we put the pot of water on the fire.
We clean, we wash the vegetables. Put the chopped vegetables in boiling water and simmer.
Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs from the above ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients well, then take a teaspoon of the composition and put it in the flour and form balls with your hand.
