The Chinese fried rice is the recipe for a truly versatile first course that can vary in its seasoning. I used chicken, egg and vegetables but you can choose to put the type of meat and vegetables you prefer.
This recipe comes to the rescue when you feel like eating chinese rice without having to go to a restaurant and, even if it will not be a traditional Asian recipe, a little like Cantonese rice will take us, for its colors and flavors, to the Far East.
So arm yourself with wok, basmati rice and soy sauce and prepare this delicious dish.
How to make Chinese fried rice
Cook the rice in boiling salted water and drain it al dente.
Meanwhile, salt the egg and scramble it in a pan with a little oil.
Now cut the chicken into chunks and cook in a pan as well.
Now add the soy sauce to flavor it.
Prepare the vegetables by cutting carrots and green beans into chunks, then add the vegetables and sauté them for a few minutes.
Finally add the egg and corn
Your Chinese fried rice is ready to be brought to the table.
