Hello everyone, this morning I want to give you a nice autumn recipe, the dumplings with pears and cheese, a really tasty finger food with a particular flavor to be prepared with seasonal ingredients. As you know, puff pastry is never missing in my fridge, so after making a nice savory pie with mushrooms (which you will see in the next few days) I also prepared these bundles with brie cheese, walnuts and pears to bring to the table as a snack before dinner. The combination of the filling of the bundles fits perfectly and for the puff pastry, well that doesn't matter, it goes well with everything. Have a nice day and see you later, kisses kisses: *


How to make puff pastry bundles with pears and cheese

Peel the pears and slice them into thin wedges

Cut the puff pastry into 8 equal rectangles

In the center of each one, place a small piece of brie diagonally and cover with a few walnuts

Now place 2 slices of pear overlapping each other on the piece of brie and walnuts

Close the bundle by overlapping 2 opposite edges of the pastry and roll up the edges

Place the bundles on a baking tray covered with parchment paper
Beat an egg with a pinch of salt and brush it on each bundle and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees

Cook for 20 minutes, allow to cool and serve
