How to make egg-free donut
Put the flour, sugar, yeast, lemon peel and oil in a bowl.
Then add the coconut milk and water, then whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour everything into a greased and floured donut mold.
Cook at 170 ° C for 40 minutes and then leave to cool.
