Here is the recipe for the egg-free vanilla cream, you just need to flavor the cream and milk with a vanilla pod (please, nice fresh and fragrant and of excellent quality) and then thicken everything using a little starch potatoes.
How to make egg-free vanilla cream
Bring the cream and milk to the boil together with a vanilla pod and a spoonful of vanilla essence.
As soon as it starts to boil, add 1 level tablespoon of sifted potato starch to thicken.
Let it cool and serve the vanilla cream in the cups or use it to fill your cakes.
