Nutella chocolate salami recipe of 18-07-2011 [Updated on 06-02-2018]
The chocolate salami Nutella is the result of research to prepare the Salame Chocolate Without Eggs, I came across this recipe that includes egg, but cooked, therefore a very suitable dessert for me who are pregnant and for all small children :) The recipe in question is from rob of cookaround, it does not carry liquor, it is without butter but it involves the use of Nutella and is enriched with dried fruit, almonds or hazelnuts to be added according to personal taste.
Chocolate salami is a dessert that is very easy to make and that everyone likes, especially children and I found this version really easy and delicious. After being in the freezer for 2 hours, once served, it can be safely stored in the fridge for a few days while maintaining the right consistency. I wish you a sweet Monday and welcome you to the week of cold dishes;)
How to make Nutella chocolate salami
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, nutella and sugar together with a cup of warm water.
Stir with a wooden spoon and as soon as a fluid cream is created, add the egg and mix.
Continue to cook, stirring until the egg is completely blended with the chocolate cream.
Turn off the heat and add the crumbled biscuits and chopped hazelnuts.
Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is blended.
Pour the mixture onto a 40x40 sheet of baking paper and roll up with the help of parchment paper.
Close everything and put the chocolate salami in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
When it is time to serve it, remove it from the parchment paper and pass it in the icing sugar, then arrange it on a serving dish.
Slice the chocolate salami with Nutella and serve.
