Homemade chocolate with cranberries and expanded rice

Boil the sugar and water until you get a thick syrup. Sample a drop of syrup in a glass of cold water, if it maintains its shape it means that the syrup is ready, if it dissolves it is necessary to boil the syrup for 2-3 minutes.

Add butter or margarine and mix gently to melt completely.

Turn off the heat and pour the powdered milk at the same time! Stir vigorously to prevent lumps from forming.

Put half of the expanded rice and cranberries, mix lightly and pour the composition into the pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the rice and cranberries and press lightly to enter the cream.

Let it cool completely and harden the chocolate then we can cut it into squares. Good appetite!!


How to prepare vegan and gluten-free lemon cake, quickly and easily:

  1. Preparation: Grease the baking dish (approximately 20 cm) Make the baking mixture with 75 ml of oil and 200 ml of water (mix for about 2 minutes) Place the dough in the baking dish

Waffle with chocolate and expanded rice

ingredients: 2 wafer sheets of 25 × 28 cm, 400 gr condensed milk, 250 gr milk chocolate, 1 vial of vanilla essence, 100 gr plain expanded rice (you can find it in the form of simple slices in the store)

Method of preparation: Start by finely chopping the expanded rice slices. The condensed milk is placed in a metal bowl with high walls. Break the chocolate into pieces and place over the condensed milk. Heat the bowl on a steam bath and stir continuously with a wooden spatula until all the chocolate has melted. Take the bowl aside, add the vanilla essence and the strained rice, then mix the composition well.

Take the first sheet of wafer and place it on a straight surface. Spread evenly in a thick layer of cream over the entire surface of the wafer. Place the second wafer sheet over the cream. Place a light weight, a larger book over the wafer sheet and let the cake cool for about 2 hours, then you can pot it and serve. If you have several wafer sheets you can make the cake with two layers of cream.

Put the egg whites with the sugar on the steam bath and mix continuously, until it thickens. Give the r & # 259cit. Then mix them with whipped cream, cow's milk and vanilla essence. Remove the screws from the screws and drain them. Stop a few vines for decoration. Mix the drained vines with the previously prepared compositions and the dissolved gelatin.
Pour everything & icircn form & # 259. Put the whole grapes on top and put them in the fridge for a few hours. When the composition is done, you can serve the cake.
