Vanilla Pudding Recipe of 04-11-2013 [Updated on 09-08-2017]
Vanilla pudding is a classic among spoon desserts, a very simple preparation but which has 1000 ways to be prepared. I chose this recipe to prepare the vanilla pudding because it does not bring isinglass but cornstarch as a thickener and because in this way the eggs are cooked and therefore it becomes a safe recipe for children to eat. The dessert is very easy to prepare and has few ingredients, which is why they must all be of excellent quality, especially the vanilla which will release all its delicate aroma to flavor the pudding. Today I went back to the office and I have a lot of backlog to recover so please be patient if I do not reply to all messages in a short time, but rest assured that I will reply to everyone. A kiss and have a good day
How to make vanilla pudding
Cut a vanilla pod and simmer in milk for 5 minutes, so that it releases all its aroma.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Add the cornstarch and form a cream.
Filter the milk, add it to the egg cream and mix.
Put it back on the heat and let it thicken.
Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Flip the vanilla pudding over the saucers and serve.
