THE chocolate muffins they are very easy and quick to prepare and are definitely the favorite muffin variant for adults and children.
The muffin is a dessert similar to a plumcake, it is baked in classic molds that give it a round shape with a cap top.
Muffins can be prepared in various flavors, with fruit, cinnamon, ricotta or even savory but the most famous version of the muffins is that of muffins with chocolate.

How to make chocolate muffins
We proceed as usual in the preparation of muffins: forming two separate compounds with the wet and dry ingredients.
Separately mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and yeast.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and melted butter.
Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix the dough with a wooden spoon.
Add 3/4 of the chocolate chips to the mixture.
Grease and flour the muffin molds and pour 2/3 of the mixture into the molds with a spoon and cover with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake the chocolate muffins at 180 ° C in a preheated convection oven and bake for 15-20 minutes (or until inserting a toothpick into the muffin, it comes out clean and dry).
